Subway. Seriously for what you pay for a salad roll you would expect to get alot more topping rather than 2 lettuce leafs and 3 slices of capsicum
Your subway must suck. The subways ive been to fill the rolls so much you cant close them, thus making them hard to eat, but extremely good!

From the limited times i have been to subway they fill it with mostly the cheaper ingredients like lettuce. Yet give you two pieces of ham two pieces of everything else. 4 pieces for a foot long!

The smell is what keeps me away.

People don't like Parmy's on a footy forum? I mean, as much as I disagree with it, I can see why people don't like sushi... but Parmy's?! The Napier in Fitzroy gave me the best Parmy I've ever had with chicken and kangaroo meat.

I have officially lost hope.

Parma ;)

I couldn't believe a subway shop that was only a few doors up from a really nice sandwich shop near my work, was packed with the line almost going out the door whilst the other place was empty. Mind you the prices for sangas were very simliar to that of subway.

I don't know how people can put up with the smell that eminates from subway. It really does smell like vomit.

I guess the fatties think they can still eat junk food when gorging on a sub..becasue you know subway does salad.

If these sandwich shops didn't charge so much for a sandwich they would get far more customers. You can pay $7 at Subway for a much larger meal than a little sandwich that costs the same price if not more.

No surprise to see you whinging about Subway now, there aren't many things you haven't bitched about on here.

Maccas, HJ's, KFC, Red Rooster etc. Fast foods that are expensive & yet are crap.
Who rates them? People have them as they are convenient, a known quantity, easily accessible and fast, not because 99% of people think they are the best food out there.

KFC is awesome the day after a night on the gas.

I think mantis is just on another one of her strange crusades. At least it doesn't involve dogs this time.

Steak at Rockpool,

I've been taken there three times now had steaks ranging from $75-$120 and just not tasting it. They have been fatty (not the good kind) sinewy and frankly pretty shit especially at that price. Have cooked much better over a charcoal Webber at a 3rd of the price

Why do people feel the compulsion to slap cheese into everything? It's almost impossible to find a sandwich sometimes without cheese. I just dont see the point of slapping some dairy product into everything.

Cookies & cream flavoured ice-cream. Everyone I know goes nuts over it but I find it pretty hard to eat. I prefer plain choc ice-cream or vanilla smothered in chocolate sauce.

Same with dark chocolate. I understand it's healthier but it's gross, give me milk chocolate any day. I also hate chocolate or cake with nuts in it. Or cake with fruit in it. Just give me plain chocolate PEOPLE!!!!

Oh my God. I think you're my food soulmate.

Isn't it a but too much for that?

Nope. When I order Thai food I normally get a pad thai and a green curry. Lasts me 2 nights.

If I'm eating out Ill share the pad thai like rice.

I'm not really too keen on thai's version of fried rice and steamed rice is too plain.
