The cheap 2 minute Mi Goreng noodles from the supermarket are heaven! Those asian noodles that everyone raves about. I tried them and they were shit. Can't remember the name but hopefully someone knows the ones I mean.
Seriously useless post if nobody can help me, I'll remember the name soon enough though.
Got it! Mi Goreng!
ZZZZzzzzzzzzz
I know plenty who love it, but it just aint my thing. Have no problem with fish and chips, whiting and salt and pepper squid (only very recently though); but things like prawns, oysters, lobster etc sicken me and make me want to spew.Seafood is seriously underrated in this thread.
I find they give me good energy for the day, it's the main reason I have them. There really isn't much taste to them either, so I don't know how that is a put off. If you want to load them with sugar, just buy fruit loops and save the effort.Weet-bix. Disgusting mush, with or without sugar/topping. Can't believe I used to eat them.

I agree, seafood beats red meat any day.
But... crackling!Pork. I don't enjoy it as much as beef and lamb.
True, my mum normally cooks it without it though after my old mans heart attack last year.But... crackling!
WTF, the natural salted product is disgusting, but the manufactured crap with that many preservatives in it is ok? your body i guess.Bacon is flat out disgusting. Do love Spam ham though.

Subway, can't work out why office workers wueue up for an overpriced, crap tasting roll with less filling in it than you can get from any sandwich shop in the area.
Dr Pepper, simply the worst softdrink on the market.
Any Hungry Jacks or McDonalds hamburger. The beef patties have that much crap in them you'd be amazed. I remember at La Trobe Uni about 2 decades ago as an experiement a McDonald's, a Hungry Jacks and a local fish & chip shop beef patty where stuck on a board behind glass. The fish & chip shop one was attacked by ants and also started to grow mold almost immediately the other two were untouch and didn't change appearance for the 3 weeks they were up there.
Frozen pizzas, if I want a really crap pizza I'll call up Dominos or Pizza Hut, if you want to throw up get one from the supermarket. They are terrible and the only time I've ever had them was at a mates place playing cards at 3am.
Chicken Kiev.
Spaghetti bolognaise. Never liked the taste of it for some reason.
Oh, and coffee (except iced coffee) if it hasn't already been mentioned.
He had friends over for Melbourne Cup Day and bought a special mould to make gelatin strawberry balls that look like salmon roe to go in the girls' champagne. Apparently took him all morning and made a complete mess of the kitchen. He was boasting to me how much they tasted like real strawberries and I asked him why he didn't just use real strawberries and save himself the angst. He looked at me like I was some kind of neanderthal.
If these sandwich shops didn't charge so much for a sandwich they would get far more customers. You can pay $7 at Subway for a much larger meal than a little sandwich that costs the same price if not more.
No surprise to see you whinging about Subway now, there aren't many things you haven't bitched about on here.
Not technically food but Starbucks is so overrated. Before they had Starbucks in Australia I had an American friend while I was working overseas. He raved about Starbucks as if it was the best coffee ever. When I tried it it was terrible. It tastes like dirty dishwater.
