Way back when we bought the hot jam filled donuts coated in that sugary substance at the Footscray Train Station. Half a dozen of those in the middle of winter whilst heading back to Geelong after working in Melbourne were seriously not over rated. Sensational they were!

Get a flank steak marinate give it a bit of a good brown over charcoal also do some onions and capsicum
thinly slice put on tortilla
add the good stuff home made quac, peck of the rooster its pretty dam good.

Saw them in a cafe yesterday and was the last thing I would have eaten. They had these Italian rum cakes in there that were soooo good.
