The taste sensory and eating in general is the greatest gift to mankind by some distance, how anyone can merge two meals into one and deny themselves a meal is mindblowing, unless it is another full course meal you fit between breakfast and lunch, now that would be epic.

Overrated: Binge drinking, or ingesting alcohol in isolation.
Underrated: Food and wine matching (aperitif and digestif also)

Disagree with the bold on the basis that the wire is the best tv show i've seen - it's like the crime and punishment of tv shows (crime and punishment being an incredible book imo)

Saturday nights are fantastic because you've had the whole saturday to do what you want to do whereas fridays, for most people, are spent at work.

I agree with brunch and dinner.

But it doesn't necessarily mean one is better than the other. Just that one is overhyped and the other is under-recognised.

I love it. Everyones hung over, so it's all good, no bosses, and I rarely do anything Saturday morning anyway. I'm home by twelve and I've made the equivalent of two and a half days. Happy days.

I wouldnt call The Wire overrated. It deserves the praise, and is still relatively unseen in terms of pop culture.
Homicide is rated fine I think, just unseen by most, or somewhat forgotten by those old enough to have watched it back in the day.

Both deserve more viewers.

Agree with the above regarding Sydney and Melbourne, as well as Europe being overrated. Would also call Canberra underrated. I also think Blondes are overrated, but personally that is because I am blonde and I prefer people with darker hair than myself. I just prefer to be the blonder person in the relationship.

Personally I prefer Dinner, but thats because I usually go with light lunches and enjoy a good dinner. Going out for brunch can be better than dinner though.

This may be one of those rare, but not totally unheard of times when we agree nicky. I wish I was in Berlin now - it was amazing, and I was only 16 at the time. Now I' m just ******* in my shiiping container.
