Any chance there was of me ever listening to country music has just disappeared.

Is that first clip supposed to be a country version of Ke$ha?

Stephanie Brownlee is an up and coming eastern states country singer who is 17ish.

For some reason this is considered as a country song but to me it has a pop / rock background to it.

Brisbane band "One year later" is doing the background tunes to this song.

Chelsea is in Victoria next week for the Girls Guys Guitars and Bars Tour with Kirsty Lee Akers (below) McAlister Kemp and Liam Brew.

some tickets still available at only $24.50

Kirsty Won Toyota Star Maker (the competition that Keith Urban won back in the 80's) back in 2006, and is currently working on her third album (first one independant, which should result in a much better product due to not having label restricting her)

Just got home from seeing the "girls guys guitars and bars" tour, and have to say, Chelsea Basham and Kirsty Lee Akers - Hotter live (if that is possible)

Great Night.

All four artists (Chelsea Basham, Kirsty Lee Akers, Liam Brew, McAlistair Kemp) all have a huge Future in the industry!

WOW, shame they aren't coming to WA. Chelsea has so much work on her before a performance though as I have seen pictures before she was a country star still not bad but the difference is obvious.

Yeah Brewy isn't that bad either, only seen a little bit of Akers and Kemp can play as well. Was there a pretty big turn out considering it was a country tour?

I think with chelsea, her personality really comes out, i actually sat down with her and had a chat after her set, lovely girl...

It was relatively small, about 100 or so there, which is pretty good since there was no advertising (even on CMC).

I love Kirsty (not quite as much as Jasmine Rae). Really hot, and really bubbly, her personality comes through in her music.

McAlistair Kemp and Liam Brew, im only new to them.

On a side note, not long ago i got home from seeing Lee Kerneghan at Frankston. Great show, much better then the crown gig a few months back.

He got Jasmine Rae to do backing vocals on his set (ontop of her supporting act). Really pumped her up on the home leg (he being a victorian also) of the tour.

Tania Kernaghan also supported, as well as Markus Meier.

They are here in vic til sunday, touring in Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Morewell.

I urge anyone who hasnt been to a gig of lees to get along. really a greta show, even for non country fans
