And then you've got Wells who can only remember hearing about a drop punt every second weekjeez if you think palmer cant kick try watching one of our games
we have got less than 10 players in the team who have ever heard of a drop punt

Harsh, Wells was very good last year and will have a very good one this year too.
On topic, I remember Judd's disposal was never that crash hot (not comparing the players obviously), I'm really not that concerned, however if by say 5 or so rounds in this year and it's still bad, I will be.
Still, typical Hackdorn rubbish, **** me the guy is a tosser.

No. Judd's disposal was ordinary to begin with.Thats a joke right?
No. Judd's disposal was ordinary to begin with.
Agree.No. Judd's disposal was ordinary to begin with.
No it wasnt, what an ignorant post.
It wasnt outstanding but it was hardly ordinary and his footskills were miles ahead of were Palmer is when they first started.
Agree.
No they weren't, they were the major gripe Eagles fans had with him. He shanked kicks too often. No it wasnt, what an ignorant post.

Shanked?
Im not going to argue this further, IMO Judd had above average footskills and at the same time in his career he was miles ahead of Palmer in this aspect of his game.
Judd skills in almost all areas are elite. In his best season (2006) he was near the very top for kicking accuracy. The idea that he had or has a weak kick is based on people looking for flaws in his game that aren't there.
And that was with him kicking in contested situations more often that not. His kicks weren't low bullets every time, but yet they almost always landed where he wanted them.
Even though Palmer has got to really improve his kicking, the bolded area says it all. He is still a kid, he will improve and people are just looking for an excuse to kick him in the guts. People like Hackdorn are not worth reading. He is an A class Knob jockey of the highest order and makes up shit to sell stories
He will improve but to suggest it isnt an area of concern isnt the best idea.
Palmer had a pretty rough initiation into AFL, as an 18 year old in his first season he pretty much rocked up and ran the midfield for you guys. He had almost 100 more possessions than the next best player, while missing a few games as well. As a result he was often kicking under pressure, and didn't have a lot of support around him.How is it an area of concern if you can state that he will improve? Natural development and maturity should see his effectiveness improve. If after a season or two it doesn't, then it may be an area of concern.
O RLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????????I think Palmer is the perfect investment, he's an inside ball winner who runs his opponent ragged and takes the game on, 9/10 times he makes the right decison by hand and draws many a player, this creates time and space for his teammates.
A little overblown but certainly an area to fine tune.
Open the other eye,
Spoken like a true Eagles troll
And here you are once again defending an eagles player, and to make it worse is that your trying to bad mouth the bloody rising star winner, and a freo favourite already, and you still think people will not see through your poor attemps at trolling???
piss off mate, your a stain on the community
