Done!

Got the drys but started off really well. Some of the shit I dribbled was magnificent. Though got stuck on 2 questions in a row and I think that may cost me a bit. The chick had to keep approaching the question from different angles because I wasn't saying the right thing - I eventually answered with "well privacy is vital .... " then they all nodded and wrote on their papers. I guess they were just looking for that word! I had a couple of shots of vodka and it relaxed me, I even did a SBD fart by accident, don't think they smelt it. Find out if I get it by next Friday.

Oh and whoever said panel interviews are less intimidating with less interrogation .... WTF? All those eyes looking at you was shocking, incredible amount of interrogation! Horrible stuff

There is one thing missing from this story, was the chick hot?

Although as someone said it might not be as penetrating they – As a panel, are looking at you from a number of perspectives so these are some of the things I like to keep in mind:

1. Speak to all of them.
2. When you start to answer a Q look at the person that asked the Q 1st then proceed to include all panel member through brief eye contact.
3. Maintain posture, keep a confident manner.

I am confident I can answer any Q the throw at me so I like to focus on the interpersonal exchanges.

Interviews are the easiest things in the world, yes you get a little nervous but its like taking candy from a baby if you know how to read people & have solid communication skills.

BTW well done.

There was 1 woman and 2 men. Woman was fat and obnoxious. She really thought her shit didn't stink.

What would be cool is if you had those shots of vodka during the actual interview !

Well I did accidentally drink a glass of water belonging to one of the guys thinking it was mine, but he didn't say anything, had a big scull as well. Bless him

Yeah I think I did most of that. Although I can remember looking at the ceiling during one question. It's all good to practice and know what you have to do but once you get in there the slightest mind freeze or blank could derail the whole interview.

The majority of the questions were evidence based, so I had to bring up certain situations from work or from other jobs and demonstrated how I did this, how I handled that, rah rah rah. None of the questions I prepared for were asked.
