Still on the sidelines. Virtually no pre-season and still about 3 weeks away form a return at Souths. Don't expect much from Scotty for sometime yet.

I agree that maybe Parkers time is not far from being up, but he certainly wasn't the only one out there that wasn't within 5 metres of an opponent all day. Maybe we need to concentrate on applying a little bit of pressure up the field so that the backman have a chance. The backmen are up against it this year with the ridiculous new 'interpretations'. We've got to stop the ball getting into the oppositions forward 50 in the first place.

With the benefit of hindsight he should have retired last year, he had a poor finals campaign.

Even without Scottie we would be better off if Parker retired tomorrow. Dodd isn't big enough for CHB so he can fill Parker's job on the medium forwards, and Grover was superb today.
