Like I said, jury is out, although you'd hope Mitchell can take Hawthorn to the top 4 before his 8th season in charge.
After all, it took Hinkley until his 8th season to take Port to the top 4.

Top 4 after H&A doesn’t mean a lot in itself - if it’s like last season with minimal gap in top 9 for example; vs one where there is a 2 game gap between 4th and 5th. Fixture variation etc

In 2013 we were one of the worst for free kicks, 2014 you still led us and 2015 you well clear of the pack in free kick percentage.
