MT, you need to put aside your bias and assess Posty properly. I don't hate the kid at all, but you pumping him up and attacking anybody who says he may not be up to it yet helps nobody. Its just poor form.

As I predicted, he's been dropped after being subbed after being average. Not going to ask for an apology, but mate...I told ya so.

Selectors didn't agree he was bad. Gourdis was always going to get a game and it was either Post or Miller to make way. We all know the coaches love with Miller

This week he was ommitted. If they thought he was playing well, why not leave him in? Again, you don't drop players who are performing, it doesn't happen, which is also inarguable.

The Gourdis/Miller argument is irrelevant. If Posty was doing so well, someone else would have come out of the side, its as simple as that.

I must have been watching a totally different game to the one you watched. I don't recall Post being beaten by his direct opponent(Collier) in a contest. In fact I don't think his opponent had any influence on the game at all. As far as I'm concerned he did his job until subbed off due to match up reasons and should hold his spot.

what surprises me is the fact mcguane gets off scot free imo he was the one who should have been subbed and actually had an abysmal game. mcguane must have incriminating photos to keep getting games.

The only time we play with a loose man in defence is when the opposition initiates it. Like what happened against Sydney. Clarke went down, its not like he wasn't replaced on the ground, so we needed another small for matchups.
