These are his achievements in his first year as a Cat, and he is still only 26 years old!

I know the latter four haven't occured yet, but they're pretty much a formality.

Last night, he was presented with the MVP award, and he sent a shudder down the spines of all the other sides, by saying that he still has a lot of improvement left in his game.

His 48 disposal game against North Melbourne this year was the best game by a midfielder that I've seen since Gary Ablett Snr.

Before anyone shouts me down, yes it was a better game than any game ever played by Gary Ablett Jnr.

I really think that Paddy has all the tools to become the greatest player to have ever played the game.

Note that I say 'potential' in the thread title, and a lot of players don't fulfill their potential, see Jarrad Waite.

He's the best player in the game right now but not even in the conversation for GOAT. Not saying its impossible but he would absolutely need to dominate for the next 5-6 years to be up there. So far he's been a quality top 5-10 player for a few years before emerging this year as the consensus #1 (with Fyfe, Ablett both injured mind you). That is nowhere near enough to be GOAT.

The other thing is - his disposal is pretty bad if we are talking about him compared to the best players of all time.

I can't imagine ever thinking Dangerfield was a better player than Gary Ablett Jnr at the end of both their careers in all honesty.

I think you've got that backwards. In any event I'm reasonably confident King Cold is not a genuine Geelong supporter.
He could be a Collingwood/Essendon/Carlton/etc... 'trolling' both Geelong and Hawthorn for the shits and giggles by having aliases of both clubs.
