He performed on the biggest stage under the most severe heat as did all the boys, but Lippa was tireless and tackled like a machine. Something he is not renowned for. I love him.

I've really liked his last two weeks and thought tonight was his best game for the season. Less impressive stats but more impact in IMO.
Think he works best as a high HFF that pushes into the midfield rather than a centre square player. His delivery into the forwardline was good.

Just another bloke you know is really enjoying being out there and playing every week. Good player to watch
He has class and poise with ball in hand and very rarely wastes a disposal. He was good early. I was critical of him at 1/2 time last night because he provided nothing (tackles or physicality) when he was in a position to influence a contest with a tackle. However in the 3rd and last quarters he was brilliant. He ran, and tackled and tackled and tackled and provided physicality. His goal in the 3rd was great.
