dont feed the Troll
i'm legit not trolling i think it could add a decent string to his bow if he can become a swiss army knife across the ground like Wilba and Perryman thats all he can play wing , inside mid and forward flank and pocket roles effectively a trial as a rebounder or back pocket like Swans Sam Wicks could be worth a look (if we moved Sidebottom in that role and he did ok i think Lippa would be more than servicable)

For all those that wanted Lippa out, I hope you realise today how important he is to our structure. He is an important link man.
shame he got injured against Hawthorn as he started to look like his briliant 2022 self before the shoulder recos

reminds me of a taller , better looking WHE who can play multiple roles effectively
There is a reason, lots of them, why the coaches value his importance to this team. Not all supporters can see it until he doesn't play.

we missed him on the wing
Wing and delivering the ball inside 50.
he's travelling okay from the last session I saw. If the game was a couple days later, he could have played. But at least he'll only just miss 1.

the much missed Murph was originally a midfielder forward who was plonked on a wing before being a halfback flanker then finally the centrepiece full back of our back six

when Lippa first came across Fly said he could play a variety of roles inside mid , halfback flanker , wingman and forward roles so clearly he had spent some time as a defender at the bulldogs though probably just at training

Lippa's inside 50 entries are top class, and we needed a bit of that today.
Yeah and not what we were doing with bombing it and hoping for the best.
He's more important than you realise when he isn't out there. He'll be a welcome addition post bye
