We don’t need lazy players. We need Sier's Type of Player
Went @90% DE, 6 tackles, 3 score involvements. Think he is playing his role. Fly said he isn't big on stats. Its more what you do with them, and he usually hits his targets. He definitely adds something to our midfield, and has been and will be an excellent pick-up for us. Not super quick, but is a ball getter and great user. Has been quieter the past two weeks, but still playing his role, and hopefully gets a heap of it against Brisbane, because we are going to need all our mids playing at their best....
And doesn't play well without JDG and Adams? In other words, he is not an inside mid but an outside one who relies on the work of others to get use of the ball?

We need inside mids with Sier's skill set rather than another one-paced receiver. We don’t need lazy players.
Times have changed with your stoppage team no longer necessarily your linking mid team. His ideal role is high half forward who swaps over with a powerful clearance player like Elliott or JDG, or what we hope McInnes can become. That powerful mid then moves ahead of the ball after the bounce, with Lipinski moving into the midfield as a ruck rover.Does he? He's a really awkward mix where he's not an inside mid, but he's not fast enough to be an outside mid.
Now we know why the Bulldogs found it hard to play him.
Sier was skilled at smoking darts and railing chicks. We need inside mids with Sier's skill set rather than another one-paced receiver.

Agree though, we need inside mids.
He did very well in 2018 and would have been a god if we held on. Sadly he ended up a being nothing more than a fat Cupid.IF he could of kept up his 2018 Form he be the Exact type of Mid we need but Sadly did not really care about his AFL Career
They’re also allot shorter than Lipinski so it makes sense they can turn allot better. We made a GF with Tom Phillips and Chris Mayne on the wings and he’s certainly faster than them.

We do play the handball game after all.Celebrating 90% DE when over 70% of his possessions are handballs.
We do play the handball game after all.
Rubbish. And 90%+ DE handball would be a pass not a pat on the back.
Suppose that's up to the coaches to decide, and they are happy with his work. That's the only people that matter in the end.And 90%+ DE handball would be a pass not a pat on the back.
I didn’t say he was tall said he was taller than Sidebottom and Daicos.Lipinski is 187cm.
He isnt exactly tall for an afl player.
LelHe is already showing he is limited. He should be depth only and not playing in front of kids.
Also..I didn’t say he was tall said he was taller than Sidebottom and Daicos.

Exactly what I expected when we got him , steady player , neat skills , there to fill a role till our young draftees come on . then it’s adios mustachios. players of that ilk don’t harden up , your either hard , or your not , he is not , far from it , he needs the hard nosed players like Adams and DeGoey around him to do what he does best , receive the ball and set it up with his best skills.

True, they were short passes. Yeah it wasn't his most ideal game. Onto next week for him. Probably a game we all would like to forget.72 metres gained, so he didn't do a lot with those touches.
Pretty easy to have a high DE when you handball backwards 15 times and do some 1-2's
