Yes he did not have his best day, but why is this thread so quickly bumped every single time he has a down game of any sort?

Everyone bar Josh Daicos was ordinary or worse today but Lipinski seems to be have knives out for him from many on here every second week.

Not many winners today. Our game style isn’t conducive to that poxy little ground.

Yeah all of our midfielders were bad today bar Josh. It was the sort of thing where there’s no use throwing names around. No one was anywhere near it.

I'm happier knowing how down every player was and losing by only 27 points. The Swans board are trumpeting their absolute domination from woe to go and I suppose the 11 incredible goals they scored against a mediocre side they dominated. The same ordinary side had almost twice as many forward entries in the last term. If that's their best four quarter effort for the year I'm feeling quietly confident if we meet again and we have a healthy team with Degoey and Adams fresh and ready to go.

The SCG playing area has been enlarged in recent years and is now only 5m shorter and narrower than the MCG.

Seems to go up a cog when the game is on the line.
Heavily involved when we are in save the game mode.
Been a great acquisition.
I have noticed that, he really gets involved when the pressures on and seems to make the right decision

The 20 min video thats online of the last 2 min of each of our close games made prior to the Melbourne game was non stop Lipinski everywhere around contests in the majority. Definitely agree with you there.

Some seem to focus on what he can't do, but what he does do, he does extremely well.
A great acquisition for a 3rd round draft pick.

I suspect his endurance is awesome, as he always seems to get better the longer the game goes.

The game was already won (probably), but his smother with a few seconds left against the Blues got the loudest cheer out of me all year. And there have been some loud ones.

He's been a great moneyball trade for pick #43. Our midfield is already undermanned, but without The Lip we'd be razor thin in the guts.

You and me, both! It was a clear illustration of his commitment to playing every single minute of each game. He sets a standard that will be noticed (even if only subconsciously) by all his teammates!

At one stage, he must have been thinking that he was walking into a bottom six team years off finals. Although we haven't won anything, we're no better or worse off than the Dogs and for Lippa, he's had MORE opportunity than he was afforded under Bevo.

He's played 22 games this year, and only 11 last year, some of which were as the sub.
If he was looking for more opportunity, he's getting it and contributing very nicely.

He even has stated he is loving being part of a winning culture.

Contributes every week.
No fuss, consistent.
A quiet achiever.

Correct, class always going to hit a target and doesn't need a stack to have an impact.

Playing his role , knows his limitations , lack of pace , has good game sense and awareness , kicking is his main weapon, when he has time and space is very effective, great pick up for what pick we gave the Dogs. Be a massive boost if he can get back to his early season form .
