First-gamer, 88kg, I don't think so.
We'll just bring back SOS or Southby if Bower misses the game...

The club's page lists Carrazzo's height as 187 cms.

I think I saw White's weight listed as 95 kgs in The Age's season guide.

If White plays, he's no lighter than Dale Morris who has played on Fevola in the past.

Fevola's best marks were taken running flat out or one out because he has soft hands on a lightning lead.

Fevola didn't dominate in the final because we didn't hit him on a fast lead or on the tit. We just bombed it to him and put it over his head with the fast Merrett right on him. Fevola would be more powerful than White, yet he isn't a pack marker and body player like Sticks who was a great overhead mark

And could make mongrel kicks look good.

Nothing to lose if Bower doesn't play.

Everything to gain.

Bower not listed on the Herald-Sun website, although that in itself doesn't mean much. I'm just hoping he may have had some tightness in his quad, and the club got him off the ground as a precautionary measure.

Guess we'll find out in less than 24 hours.

You sure it wasn't South Melbourne... cause it would be a major case of Deja Vu

I know what I saw (semi man crush)...... huge man and identified himself accordingly!!!! It was him so if he went elsewhere for more treatment I’m even more concerned..... It was him trust me!

Oh no! not again! i hope the physio had thicker walls here!

hhas anyone spotted a bullants report from last week? i cant find one?

Is anyone having trouble opening pages as well without that stream shit popping up everywhere?

sorry for off topic there!

bower is a big loss!

I feel wiggins may be an option this week for chopping in! although i think its not good for longevity but 1 week wont kill us!
certainly need CFC confirmation or poomonkey's physio report before I rule out great WA lad Bower
TC says Army impressed for the Ants

If an O'Brien, Pears or Gilbert were ruled out for four to six weeks, the media would constantly mention how their absence has hurt their structure.

Bower will be a footnote.
Hell, we were missing Jamison, Waite and Austin last year, with Bower playing with a crook shoulder and we barely heard anything about it from the media.

Remarkable we performed as well as we did towards the end of the season with a crippled defensive unit.

No need for this. He's defended Bower on countless occasions here and clearly knows him/his family.

Very disappointing news if true. :thumbsd:

Thanks for the backup b4F

look nobody wants to see paully playing more than me, and obviously an opposition supporter talking about one of your players on your board can be often seen as stirring up trouble, but expect paul not to play in the next few weeks :(

goodluck tomorrow btw, hope you guys shove it up fev :thumbsu:

Because the majority of non-Carlton fans are as informed as Essendon supporters and the likes of Jonesy1987.

B: Bret Thornton, Michael Jamison, Aaron Joseph
HB: Paul Bower, Jarrad Waite, Jordan Russell
Probably Carlton's tallest back line for a long time.
That was the tall backline that upset Collingwood in round four of the 2008 season.
