Don't forget guys that everyone does have to make a minimum of 3 draft picks each season. Guess i better print round 6 since FRROST is gonna need it :p
Sheeiiit I 100% forgot about that.

Oh well.

Pendles + Boak + Simmo + Biggs = IN = 4, add 3 draft picks in... means I need to delist 7. Easy done. Plenty of spuds on the list.

Pick 53 / Pick 67 / Pick 81

That's not all that bad haha

You can probably trade with me if you want a slightly earlier pick as it looks unlikely i'll be drafting in the late rounds with 4 picks inside 16 and not a lot of guys i want to delist. I'd probably be willing to deal a pick for a 2018 pick in the same round. HMU closer to the draft if you wanna swap some picks around

Happy to trade with you to get myself moving up in the draft. Hit me up :)

As for 2018 picks, didn't we discuss that? Personally, I'm not a fan of trading future picks as we have not security in regards to keeping coaches from trading heavily and then fckn off.

It's not future picks once the new season starts. Picks for next years draft can be traded once people have confirmed their involvement for the 2018 season which is why i said hit me up later. But yes, no future pick trading will be brought in have no fear. So basically once we hit Jan next year and i rouse up everyone for the coming season and they have confirmed then picks can be traded.

I've added a poll up top on the issue of free agency. Can everyone please weigh in over the next few months. Cheers. Personally ill be voting to change it to 10, but think anywhere between 5-20 is reasonable.

Well one of my delistings will be automatic, goodbye Stants. Sier at risk too.

Anyone got a backman or a reasonable mid on the market?

I voted 5 - I think more movements just leads to players recycling/gambling on rookies/debutantes. I think having only 5 pick adds a bit of skill to when you actually make an FA acquisition.

100%

Spend your picks early at the risk of missing out on a gem later. 10+ picks only benefits the guy who is logged on at 7:12pm on a Sunday night hitting refresh for the lockout to be over.

Well no. The lockout lasts for 24 hours after last game on Sunday and there's waiver priority.

Still 5 picks, use em wisely. Use em early to grab a kid who went pick 80 in draft but plays Rd 1 after a good pre-season OR use em late to fill a hole on bench going into finals. Or both. Either way, 5 picks means you have to think it through.

I'm in another keeper league and we do a mid season draft based on ladder position for the pick order you get.... no idea if this can happen but it's a great way to even up the league and bring in some scoring talent for those low teams.

Yep for sure I'm well and truly behind 5-10 F.A selections since it keeps the draft pool fresh. I'd sooner make it unlimited F.A selections than have a mid season draft. That won't be happening sorry, i see zero positives over free agency.
