Because we're not in the market for a CEO and we don't keep Pav locked in a dungeon marked 'property of the Fremantle Football Club'?Makes me sick that Pav is going to the Swans.
Why can't our club get its act together?

I rate Garlick very highly. I've heard him speak at functions. He's highly intelligent, a great communicator and he has a good football brain. From a business perspective we're in great shape. And don't discount his influence on our list management. I doubt Wallsy walks around with a blank cheque on who he can recruit.Do you think Garlic is any good?
Strange that he got the gig. Not sure he has the experience nor skill set for a CEO role
Didn't people have a big sook on here that we only hired ex-freo when we had Bell and JL on board?Makes me sick that Pav is going to the Swans.
Why can't our club get its act together?
Yes and sometimes you miss on talented smart people.Didn't people have a big sook on here that we only hired ex-freo when we had Bell and JL on board?
The only reason he doesn’t is because garlick knows he ll spend too big on the food caterers at marvel every trade period.I doubt Wallsy walks around with a blank cheque on who he can recruit.
I love it.Do you think Garlic is any good?
Haha yeah trueDidn't people have a big sook on here that we only hired ex-freo when we had Bell and JL on board?

That highlighted game that you’ve highlighted, who did they play & who won?Highlighted for highlight’s sake![]()
Don’t know. Don’t care. That highlighted game that you’ve highlighted, who did they play & who won?

Love it ... good on yaWell I am just a sport fan grew up in a League family that loved sport cricket, soccer & didnt mind Aussie Rules.
I was born in 1994 so basically the same age as the Dockers.
I played Aussie rules in 2005 for a year ironically it was the year the Swans won the comp.
I did cheer for the Swans very early on but they never captured my full attention.
I don't mind them and prefer them over GWS here in Sydney.
But i just liked Freo's jumper at the time watching them it was exotic the purple, red & green and the name Fremantle seemed cool. Probably around 2006/2007 was when i started to follow Fremantle more closely and jump on which was 12 or 13 years old.
Funnily enough my team in the NRL is Parramatta which is where my heart is through family roots so naturally you would think i be a WC fan from that if i basing it on colours.
Just like the name Fulham in the EPL seemed cool i didn't realise or research they were rubbish or average like Fremantle just attached to them.
Outside of NRL where i didn't have a choice i didn't choose other sporting teams growing up that were automatically successful.
My 4 sporting teams i support the most (Parramatta, Fremantle, Fulham, Miami Dolphins)
A nice blend of mediocrity, rubbish, underdog, frustration & rare joy.
Fremantle look the closest atm to finally winning something. And i have been cheering them long enough now to feel the same satisfaction as i would once Parramatta break there drought as well.
Doesn't Pav have an MBA as well?Haha at least he has experience in coaching and within a club
Pav has a token commerce degree and boundary rider
