Pav is an AA CHF for God's sake. He is at his most dangerous there, he is most valuable for the team there. Kick the midfield up the ass Harvs you hard nut and get them to deliver the ball to the men up front.

Four names for you.

Alwyn Davey (pick 36), Aaron Davey (rookie list), David Rodan (last pick in the whole draft), Clint Jones (rookie list). I didn't even have to try hard to come up with that list either.

Four players all taken late and all had very quick impact on their teams. All with more pace than 3 quarters of our team.

True, later picks are a bit of a raffle but when you don't even try to fill a team weakness then you just aren't trying hard enough.

Pavlich has never seemed that comfortable in the midfield to me. He does have a thumping kick if he gets his hands on it, but so does Headland.

I think this whole thing is pretty funny.

No matter where Pav plays if you are not getting a decent consistent contribution from the the whole team then we will struggle.

Considering how many players had average games on Sat, we did pretty good I thought. We just need everyone to lift 15%.

So don't move Pav, let him kick 9 goals at home and have another crack at the Coleman.

I'm with the Frigate here. We played shyte, yet remained right in it up until 3/4 time.

We've got experienced players who will definitely lift, plus enthusiastic youngsters who will give their all. We'll cream 'em Sat night. Just watch...

I think Pav must stay forward. We simply need better delivery to him. Either the mids have poor disposal or they aren't talking/protecting each other whilst kicking or both. Any of these makes entries into the F50 a 50/50 proposition.
I think our kicks are coming in under pressure. Get our mids in space and Pav will take 18 marks and kick 4-8 every week.
