With up to 8mm expected on Sat and a string of good performances it looks like MDB is a cert to to come in this week. Hughes hasn't put a foot wrong so far this year so hopefully will also be rewarded.

lol
Shit Lach, is he really that bad? His numbers are impressive at least.
Yeah. missing targets slow moving

Thanks for that. On Uebergang look - I always thought Jeremy Cameron had that sort of look, especially early, but as soon as I saw him (Cameron) play, I regarded him as the best young tall fwd talent in the land. A player who seems to innately have all the things you want in a tall fwd (And to think GWS didn't even have to use a draft pick to get him ... but that's another story). Hopefully Ueber turns out something similar, looks awkward, but is a decent player. We'll see. He's a project player in any case, so he's got time to get it all going in the right direction.
I'm really looking forward to what a full AFL pre-season and weights programme can do in regards to Uebergang. He has the type of body that looks like he can really fill out.

So started this week thinking we'd get to see Yarran and Apeness playing together for Peel this weekend. Now it looks as neither will be there :(

Channeling the same patience from the Bennell situation - should survive.

Whats this about Apeness not playing?
Yeah I get them being cautious with his injury but Peel reserves side is pretty terrible, so hopefully he gets enough of a run from it - ie the ball coming in to the forward 50 whilst he is there ;) Hopefully he gets through it well and is playing 1s week after.

RTB said recently: “If he can get going, play a good month of football, we’d really like to expose him and bring him on.”

So I'm reading that as, if he performs well we could still see him playing seniors in a month or so :D

There was a couple of tackles laid by Apeness today that really crunched .Weller was on the end of one of them and was so shaken up he wanted to go on with it. Apeness is a big powerful unit ,the antithesis of Tabs. I pray to the footy Gods he makes it. We really need someone of his capabilities.

You have answered your own question. Both are a good chance to play. One of the three emergencies to be held back and my guess would be DeBoer. We'll probably see him sprinting up and down Subiaco oval after the game at 9:30pm.

Emergencies but I reckon it is possible that Hannath will be held over for the game as backup for Griff. DeBoer and Langdon back to Peel for mine (which is good for Peel as DeBoer has probably been their best)

Long haired Champs.
Ross has made it very clear that something needs to happen or we'll be signing the 'Bye Bye' card.
I don't think it's likely he'll do it but he's got most of the tools to be bloody handy;just tends to stay under the doona.

Not sure who they will hold over as emergencies for the Saturday night game but wouldn't be surprised if it is big Jack. The weather might have dried up by the game and could see them consider slotting in Hannath as a second ruck if that is the case. Would prefer Ed to play a game than not and Matt seems such an important leader at Peel now.

B Ryan Nyhuis ~ Sam Collins ~ Joshua McMahon
HB Anthony Morabito ~ Joshua Bootsma ~ Darcy Tucker
C Tendai Mzungu ~ Gerald Ugle ~ Clancee Pearce
HF Brady Grey ~ Matthew Uebergang ~ Joshua Deluca
F Blair Bell ~ Tanner Smith ~ Brayden Lawler
R Zac Clarke ~ Bradley Walsh ~ Rory O'Brien

INTERCHANGE/EMERGENCY (at least one of first three to be held over as emergency)
Matt de Boer
Jack Hannath
Ed Langdon

Calvin Thorne
Joshua Mathers
Andrew Haydon
Kieran May
Bradley McGowan
Benjamin Hancock
