Good to see the Peel side keeping in step with the seniors - after kicking 4.10 to 3/4 time, they come out and kick 1.1 and two OBOF in the final quarter to make sure any potential come-back was out of the question.
Going only off radio, so this could all be way off:
- Langdon was Peels best followed by Clancee.
- Tucker had a slow start, but got going and was solid.
- Sounds like Ueber had solid game early but he's got no tank whatsoever. Miles away from AFL level fitness - be interested what closer WAFL watchers have to say on that, could be wrong.
- Grey seems to be permanent fixture in the fwd setup now and was OK, but needs to create and convert more to really push for AFL return.
- Not sure why, but sounds like Mora disappeared in the final 1/4 or so but was solid early on in the game.*
- Clarke was good in the ruck, but fairly average around the ground and fwd. With his athleticism, he really should monster it at WAFL level ... but those knees (maybe?), I'm worried for him.
* Edit: just found out he did a hammy
