By definition, Pell is guilty and is rightfully in gaol right now now.

However, it's still possible to argue that the decision may have been flawed.

What information that was relevant to the first jury's hung verdict omitted from the second trial?

Was the second jury aware of the first jury's hung verdict and felt pressure to return a unanimous verdict?

Is a jury trial the best way to establish justice for sexual abuse trials? This argument is more generally presented because juries can be empathetic to defendants.

Do juries understand the meaning of 'beyond reasonable doubt? Australian courts are instructed not to explain the term to juries.

Yes some people know what evidence they put up. The jurors who were actually sitting there. They heard the witnesses and you didn't. They dont find someone guilty for the sake of it. As for attacking someone, it is clear there are Survivors on this forum. A little bit of human decency is called for. Some of the comments of BrucefromBalnarring lack human decency. An example being. " Pell did not have the time to get his robes off and give two kids a blowjob. " The choice of words is a disgrace, trivialising such an evil act. BrucefromBalnarring has been goading people on here, and they have responded.
