It's just a matter of his personal style - a style that is, in fact, not unusual amongst appeal specialists.
It's the C/A, not a jury.
Here it's what you say that counts, not how you say it.
And he's done just fine in presenting the State's case.
As Walker did yesterday with Pell's case.

I'm enjoying it, as a "barracker". But the judges and Pell's team know it's a vexed question to which there is no answer.

I understand its what is said rather than how its said but he, think is name is Baxter is not being entirly clear as to what he is tiring to say.

So now we've established you were wrong - unusual for you on this issue;) - the main ABC news tonight gave the matter quite some prominence - in terms of both placement and coverage. More than I expected, really, as my view is most punters would not have it high on their interest list as much of the last couple of days has been about legal jousting. That sort of thing is of primary interest to folk like you and me and for quite different reasons I'd surmise.

The issue will get far more news prominence when the Court of Appeal releases it's decision.

btw. It was referenced during the two days on the most comprehensive, independent and trusted media organisations website. It's just you couldn't locate it.
 
He has plenty of time to review and re-write them as well.

Not wrong. 20 stories on the ABC News app. None involving Pell. Was wall to wall coverage when the news was adverse to him.

He may yet not get his conviction overturned but our unbiased taxpayer funded news outlet which has dedicated countless hours to ensuring public opinion is against Pell is suddenly silent when all who watched agree the Prosecution had a shocker.

this is such a diabolical representation of things that some people would like to be true...
Latin also gives you a dynamic that is only noticed by those in the Catholic faith and well they also know how to
talk in beetween themselves..
