Was awesome when it went through! Personally I went absolutely bananas when it bounced through. Make no mistake, Pendles is an absolute gun and he is comfortably one of the most elite footballers in AFL right now.

12 possessions with 4 inside 50's with a corked calf, and that sensational match sealing goal to finish it all off.
It's great having two sensational leaders on the ground, either could be captain of any AFL club.

Great goal, not only to kick it from outside 50, in the last quarter, tired legs, sore calf, is brilliant, but the great way was the way he made his way through traffic found the space then drilled the goal.....brilliant.

His 3rd goal was unbelievable. I'd say most times he would've kicked it to the top of the square but he took it upon himself to nail the goal and boy did he do that. His last goal simply awesome. What a last quarter. He looked shot at 3/4 time, to come back on and do what he did is just amazing.

I reckon during the week Bucks told Pendles to back himself more around goals. So often this year he has been in a goal scoring position and just looked to hand it off. Being too unselfish was arguably his biggest flaw. Last night it was clear someone had told him, and he nailed some incredible team-lifting and vital goals. What a star.

Been a forgorn conclusion for a while, will be skip next year. As with other bretheren, i too was fist-pumping after that beautiful moment in our lives. Even got the chainsaw out and the way i was pulling that cord, the sucker would have started on electric friction alone.

Did love the way Steele ran back into, and through, traffic to win the clearance and feed out the handball forward to set up the last goal for Pendles.
Sinclair's composure looking for and finding Fasolo for the second last goal was also a telling moment.

You raise a good point with Sinclair finding Fas Swoop, those of us who have canned his disposal need to take a close look at both his preperation and his execution as that was NO easy kick, well done young man!
