For some reason whenever radiojake writes a diary or travel log type thing about his trips away/band tours, he tends to use third person for the entire thing. He assumes if someone else were to read it, they wouldn't neccesarily know the identity of the author, and makes it seem like a narrator was watching the whole thing -
Illinois Nazi writes such things in first person generally, but he does tend to switch between current and past tense. He has sometimes found this is making it more difficult to read later.

Iv met one person who would often talk in the third person. He was studying teaching, and I could foresee it going quite badly. It was just weird listening to him talk. Like a parody of something that only happens on tv. Didnt quite feel right.

I would like to be able to reguarly talk in the rarely achieved second person.
