Not sure. Best bet would be to get there really early and try for a prime possie at one of the bars.

Maybe check out the Fed Square website for more info. I'd probably doubt they'd be selling grog outside of the bars due to liquor licensing laws

Punt Road Oval has been taken over this year by those corporate Centre Square people

My last options for getting tickets fell through today so I'm going to drive to Geelong and watch the game at Skilled. I have a hotel room booked in Geelong for the night so I can go to the family day on Sunday.

C'mon Melbourne people, it's only 70 minutes away and it will be the best atmosphere aside from the actual match.

Really??

I recommended to my mum to watch it there, or else Fed Square. I just really really really wanna see her straight after the match. (I have a ticket, she doesnt obviously..)

Have a great time in Geelong mate. :thumbsu:

thinking fed square will also be a good atmosphere, then will just make the journey down the highway in the morning (provided my blood alcohol reading is back to normal lol).

Does anyone know what the cost will be to watch the game at Kardinia Park and if you will be able to by alcohol there. I tempted to come down from Tallarook to watch the game in a great atmosphere

It's just another way to make a few extra thousand dollars and forget the supporters are the ones that make the game (besides the players)

It's how this stupid society runs with everything being corporate and the struggling families are left out in the cold....again
