All I can suggest is you Better Loosen Up
Actually, that's not a bad suggestion.....Small rituals dotted throughout your day to take your mind of yourself & your worries/issues....Playing with your dog, a musical instrument, a run or doing a Sudoku etc.....Just lose yourself in the doing/being instead of worrying about outcomes
Just find little things & gaps in your day to help bring happiness & enjoyment back into your life....This will ease & diminish stress/anxiety & improve concentration & performance....Meditation & yoga are excellent at diminishing/alleviating anxiety & stress.
Finally, don't take possession of your condition.....Don't over-analyze it or guilt-trip yourself about it....Just drop into the feelings & see how you go, swimming in the sea of uncertainty by letting go.
Allow your life to become an adventure....Not a trial.
