Going ahead into 2012 I hope the Dog's restructure coaching - physical conditioning - medical

Perhaps we have reached a point of time where a top notch physical conditioning head and medical chief are more important than a head coach.

No reason why we have to be locked into the Head Coach surrounded by Assistants (Forward, Midfield, Defense) mold.

Beyond Rocket, I would like to see a head coach perhaps Cameron or Montgomery supported by Defensive and Offensive Co-ordinators and match tactics staff.

I would like to see Rocket take up a Junior Development/Rehab coaching role, working with the kids and the players who have to find a way back from injury.

I think the Dog's need to get out of the traditional coaching structures and innovate.

One of the problems with Rocket is he is too much of a focal point.

I personally think Leon Cameron stands out as someone who could be Head Coach with a more US professionalism coaching style operation.

But unless the Physical Conditioning and Medical Rehab of the Western Bulldogs improves drastically it doesn't really matter who coaches, as the players will not be match fit compared to the elite of the league.

Hey acker you have a great idea! Why dont we just go and buy Collingwoods infrastructure! Lets get the best.

You put down the first $3,000,000 and I am sure the rest of us supports will scrape together an extra $25,000. Oh by the way. You will need to come up with another $3,000,000 in 12 months or it will all come to nothing anyway,

Once you put forward the first $3,000,000 and show us how we will pay for these guys and rehab in the second year I am really confident that we can do $25,000 per year.
