Brown really is a mystery. I think the reason some posters on here were so vehement in their criticism of him this year was because they know he was playing nowhere near his potential.

Watt has been getting the most out of himself over the past 18 months, and that's why (most) supporters have laid off him.

Brown has a year up his sleeve, but I think the patience will start to wear thin at roughly half-time of round one if he produces more of the same in '07. That'll be especially so if this Perry thing is on the mark...

Whats probably happened is, Kangaroos have offered Perry a 1 year deal. Perry then has decided he will try his luck elsewhere in getting a 2 year deal ,and therefore the two parties have split. Then he was 'delisted' in a reluctant Ackland fashion.

Hope the Hawks get him.

Seriously, the only two certs down back right now are Watt and Petrie (Geez), so we think either Brown or Hay will stand up.
