This upcoming seasons looking great with 9-0 against local side Cockburn city.
A 15 minute hat-trick by Nick Mrdja sealed a 9-0 win for Perth Glory against a Cockburn side missing three regular defenders.
It had looked like midfielder Matt Horsley would take the scoring honours and perhaps even claim the first hat-trick of his career when he scored Glory’s first two goals, but he failed to convert his third chance, a header, and had to be happy with the brace.
Brad Hassell, Shaun Murphy and Adrian Caceres also scored, with Damian Mori converting a penalty.
