As a builder, I ca attest that it is very rare to be able to cash fund projects. A company that size would have to borrow to buy land, materials etc. Not sure the point is either.

The fact that he is CEO of a company that has debt is hardly newsworthy by any respect. All companies carry debt, if they didn't their shareholders would be screaming and accusing them of having a lazy balance sheet.

Love that he is a long term genuine supporter, with real business expertise that has been on the board and is already familiar with operations and the club. Another feather in the cup for the departing President, in having an orderly succession plan in place. Very very well done.

They have shareholders equity of $295m. It's a significant company - certainly a lot bigger than St Kilda! - and it would be unusual for a company of this size not to maintain a decent level of debt relative to their overall balance sheet.

I would like your post - particularly as you got in first - but I don't like feathers in my cup. :p

i also like that AV Jennings recently went through a challenge that he seems to have guide them through

some similarities to us right now

main thing for me is stability and staying the continual improvement

MARK has never anything nice to say about the saints. he is on air all of the time, and always has complaints and questions, and nothing is good enough.
That was his name sammm..
Whilst i didn't agree with his argument regarding Summers, his question to Watters about the non-selection of Ledger had some merit..
