Have to agree with all your comments. When Goss was doing the sports segement of the news, he was always very scathing of the dockers. Since becoming a "commentator"??? he seems to think it necessary to go over the top with squeals and outlandish comments.
Willow an old East Freo boy has forgotten his roots and his bias towards the Eagles is evident every time he opens his mouth.
Cometti is a professional and goes out of his way to remain objective - not always possible - but he is not a Freo supporter.
Have been impressed with top ex players commentaries, Schwass and Carey in particular, able to add good insightful information as the game is flowing.

They add value to the commentary - it becomes a learning experience.
Mick Malthouse (yuk, pains me to say it) in the commentary box for the Grand Final, was another good move. Good insight and value.
