Noticed at the Nicks presser today they used the logo minus the 'Adelaide Crows'.
We need a new logo. It was a lazy lazy logo decision to copy the baltimore ravens. Surely we can afford to get a marketing company to design a fresh original logo.

Are we sure about that? We haven't even settled on a site to put a new facility on yet.

2 years from when we have a site to build on would be the minimum I'd think
WCE new training facility was 6 years once the site was agreed upon. September 2013 to July 2019 for plan, build, handover.

Short time frame suggests Thebarton.
24 to 30 odd months to plan/remidiate/build/complete/handover a site like Brompton is quite tight.

Crows option is complete by end of 2024.
Developers still trying to get enough sales to satisfy funding by that point. Le Cornu site all over again.

Silvers has said they've got full plans done for both sites so dont know what the risk is, its either of 2 locations.
As for leaning to it being Thebby, given they know nothing of the other tenders they wouldnt know that.

I dont get why it couldnt be built in 2 years.
Full plans for both sites?
Bit of a waste in architecture fees.
Be a couple of hundred grand for a set of plans not used

It would be 90% the same plans on both sites.
Not in the industry, but have been part of a couple of projects to build similar public buildings.
I would be surprised if they had two sets of plans, ready for council approval.
