Richmond utility Ricky Petterd and first-year Tiger Kane Lambert are expected to miss an extended period of time out of the game through injury, stemming from last Saturday’s loss to the Western Bulldogs at the MCG.

Both will require surgery this week - Petterd to address a foot injury which will see him out for at least three months, and Lambert for a damaged shoulder which is expected to sideline him for 6-8 weeks.[\quote]

yep, petts looked proppy in the second half, lambert very early, as the vloss
bulldogs running us ragged made easier, minor excuse for our shocking performance.

Interesting comment by Dimma post the Carlton game as to the hardness of the ground due to switching from cricket to AFL. Lids and Edwards?

Elevate Castagna and play the kid . We have so many forwards that need to be playing and don't need to ad to them with Arnott. Thomas is simply not an option and thank god he is injured.

unfortunate for the blokes. petered gone at end of year imo. lambert thus far hasnt shown a heap but retain on the rookie list. got time before we declare ricky a LTI so see who performs best id lean towards arnot as the forward pressure player/inside mid. or short who has shown some things
