Kirk and Crouch's skills are not much better that Watson and Peverill's. In reality, as long as the mdfielders can beat their opponents on the day, it makes winning the game that much easier.
The big difference here is that the Swans have someone like Goodes who is a big, fast skillful player who can damage teams in front of goals.
The Bombers midfield gets the ball as much as some of the "better" midfields in the comp, but they don't damage opposition teams with it - and that's why we'll struggle against the really good teams.
