That said sadly I think Darren will be a very good player for you, he needed a serious kick up the ass and the Crows gave it to him but Carlton are going to benefit out of it.
I'm not happy but I'm not too sure who I'm not happy with.

Pfeiffer was THE player being talked about coming out of the National Champs a few years ago and I'm happy to see him at Carlton.

As for all the culture stuff, show me an 18 year-old with money and time and I'll show you an idiot. Unfortunately AFL players get to go through this phase in the public eye and not at Uni.

I must say that it is very encouraging to hear some pretty good reports from posters located in Adelaide that have seen Pfeiffer play this year. Sounds like Carlton might have found themselves a player here. Well done WH and team.

Will be an interesting inclusion and I am looking forward to the reports from training about him.

As for his drinking, I think that Ratts will help sort him out...

I just hope that Fev doesnt go off the rails again next year and lead him astray...

I really don't see his off field issues of being as big a deal a some have spoken about. But obviously a lot goes unsaid and he wasn't put into our senior side this season despite consistently good form in the SANFL, and he was eventually delisted. But as far as you guys are concerned I would be very excited as you have got yourself another good pick up going in to next year. I can personally see him slotting into your round 1 side as he has is AFL ready and has a lot of talent to burn. I personally was very disappointed we delisted him and I look forward to seeing how he performs for you guys.
