Phil Stevens New SFL C.E.O

In somewhat of a surprise [to me at least] Phil Stevens has been appointed as C.E.O at the Southern Football League.

This appointment should quieten some of the calls for the end of the SFL.
A very experienced football administrator who, with the appropriate support from his board will have a strong positive influence on the Southern.
