Welcome to the real world of AFL football I guess?
I agree, If its too hot in the kitchen then get out. Walshy may lose a player or two due to his demands but he wont lose those who are committed not just to the AFC but to playing footy. Funny though, it only takes one player to step up and put in the hard yards to see the others follow. I am seriously interested to see which players step up and which one start to lose out.

It'll be interesting to see how they respond after the Christmas break since he's already told them it's only going to get tougher once the new year starts. If some are finding it tough already then they may be in for an even bigger surprise!

Im confident they will respond positively

there is still a core group who were at the club under Craigy's reign and Craigy wasnt disimilar to Walsh when it came to his philosophy to training standards and workload, it was this core group of players who could blatantly see the drop in training with Sando at the helm

In year 1 Sando benefited enormously from inheritaning a very fit squad however instead of building on this fitness base he eroded the previously established fitness base with his own poorly designed training based on his requirements

After the xmas break the players will continue to positively accept all training requirements, improved standards was their wish
