Say what? There are victims of murder that aren't the actual deceased. In this case, Phil's family are the victims, and I imagine they would have read statements if/when the case had gone to court.I think you missed the point: the victim is dead.

The game he went to the next day was against Port, SANFL game.My hubby was one of the last people to interview Phil after the Brisbane game. Phil was ecstatic with the scrappy win. He was due to speak at our breakfast the following morning, but he decided he wanted to get back to see players in the twos play, so he came across after the match to honour his commitment (first time that had ever happened). I remember Phil Harper saying to me later in the week after the tragedy, that that night was the happiest he’d seen Walshy.

, he was still in his coaching honeymoon phase. I think this is fair after 10 years.Tragic event obviously, it was an odd one as a supporter in that you thought jeez poor bloke but didn't really get to know (or dislike) him yet like i have most other crows coaches, he was still in his coaching honeymoon phase.
Without being disrespectful probably enough time has passed to change the board slogan back from "RIP Phil Walsh 1960-2015" to "the team for all south Australians", as while this was a tragic event, it's not really what defines the club.
