Well to say that was a disaster would be an understatement. So many injuries and typical slow start, the only positive is it was only a 4 point loss.
Another DT lost for half the season, I think this time an end or ends will play snaps inside as you aren't going to find quality now.

Yeah disaster just about covers it. I have to question the handling of Goedert seeing it's the same calf he has issues with pre season so can we now promote another TE to the roster, mkay?...

& seeing as 3 key players suffered soft tissue injuries in ******* warm-ups, one has to ask WTF is going on?

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES INJURY REPORT (WEDNESDAY)
<snip>
Alshon/D-Jax gone for 2, Jernigan 4-8 depending on who you listen to, Clement a chance for this weekend, G-Hill back for the Packers game, Cox still not looking like himself since missing most (all?) of the preseason.

Going to be a painful first half of the season.

100% yes but the offers floating around is a big no from me. 1, 2 + Hurst. That would mean 1 + Goedert + a later pick. No thanks

Pathetic game today. Just pathetic. 1-2, and will be 1-3. Season over.

And the coaches only have themselves to blame. Terrible personel decisions replicated over and over and over. Leaving Sanders in the game after his first fumble so he could do it again on the same drive? Constantly playing Darby despite the fact that he's beat every play?

And a special shout out to Nelson ******* Agholor. It's not often that you can single handedly cost your team two of its first three games, but he's done it.

So he's only responsible for the players when they are playing bad, but when they are playing good he doesnt do anything? ok
