Photo with the Premiership Cup

Whilst it would be nice if it were in Melbourne as well as Geelong, it's no biggie...but by jeez there are a Fair lot of whingers on here. If you don't want to drive to Geelong and don't want to pay $30, then don't.

Go...dont go....pay $30...don't pay $30... If you want it that bad, like I do, he'll, I'd pay bloody $50 a pop. I wish I had 07 and 09.

Does anyone have examples of the photos from previous years...I'd like to know what you get for your $30...like, do you get to hold it, or just stand next to it???

I got to hold the 03 cup as a promo thing for Toyota when the drove the cup around the state...but I had to wear docs gloves, and it was only crappy Lions or Pies at that time....meh.

A big thank you to the club for running a photo op with the cup before the game yesterday.

Lined up at 11am- cup was meant to be taken away for the lap of honour at 12.30pm.

We scraped in at 12.28pm exactly to get our photos.

I got a photo with the cup too, nice touch with the free print outs and lanyards!

Good work by the club and people in the line were very patient despite the power dropouts.

We took photos of the cup at the Metro Cats luncheon before the Geelong V Hawthorn game. I never got around to it previously.

We charged $25 in 2007. Can't find any info on 2009. 2011 we charged $30 for members and $45 for non members.... And the Doggies are slugging $150???

I think that's because we have 9 premierships and they have 2. If you want to hold all our cups it's $270. If you want to hold both of their's it's $300, so fairly similar. *.






*or maybe not, might be a load of bull dust after a few Friday night frothies.
