Does anyone else think Jackson Paine could be a star as our 3rd tall forward?

I assume we have guaranteed him that he will be drafted?

Yep, Cloke, Dawes, (Macaffer), Witts, Paine, Gault, (Smith) up forward,

Reid, Tarrant, Brown, Keefe, (Maxwell), (Goldsack), Hartley down back

and Jolly, Wits, Wood, Celgar, Macnamara through the ruck

reckon we look as good for talls as at any time in the last several years.

Yeah I know that but I'm more wondering as to whether we have told him that we are definately selecting him as we obviously don't have to. It sounds like he has pretty big wraps on him so I assume we have pretty much told him he will be selected.

yeh i was comparing him to the gold sack and Travis is so much bigger than a guy who is supposed to be only 3 centimetres smaller than him.

I don't know about guarantees but he's eligible this year and Emma Quayle has rated him a 1st round pick, possibly top 10.

Given our 1st pick should by around 20 (I think many clubs will use their compo picks this year pushing us back abit) I think we'll be coughing our 1st pick up for him.

Not sure, but off the top, I think they seem to train Mon/Wed /Fri at 1000 hrs but this may be totally wrong.
