The only thing I use it for is the magic wand tool! which is great

I use a modified version of one of your old templates.I don't know if people are still using my templates but I've updated my current ones and put them all together in 1 .psd file found here.
I used the shading from Incase's template and put a range of templates to use in it (just make the one you want to use visible).
Really...maybe Mediafire just automatically delete the uploads after a certain amount of time.Hey GANTY the .psd file link isnt working. Whenever I click on it, it leads me to MediaFire but says that the file has been deleted
1) You need to ensure you in the 'template' layer you want to edit.Umm yeahs I've encountered a problem. I'm just mucking around with it and making a practise guernsey cause I only just got Photoshop from a friend but when I click the base with the Magic Wand, it says "Could not use the magic wand because the target is a fill layer"
1) You need to ensure you in the 'template' layer you want to edit.
2) Be sure to use 'Contiguous' is ticked.
3) Once the area is selected go to the 'Design' layer, and do what ever.
Hope this helps.
Another way to get rid of the excess when doing hoops etc is to simply create a white fill the size of your image, magic wand on the base layer and inverse, then delete from the white fill. If you send that white fill layer to the top then it will hide anything outside the extemities of the design.
Is this what you are talking about??For some reason where you say click the colour box in the Layer Style window, it doesn't work for me, I can't change the colours, help please

8.Go and click the red rectangle and “Color picker” should pop up now select the color you want the top of the right sock to be and click OK. I am going to make mine blue.
I'm on board too now- was a Paint.net fan, but after initially struggling, am on board. No worries. Glad to see another Photoshoper![]()
ahem- I never said that exactly!Thats good to hear. I tried Paint.net because I couldnt get Photoshop to work for a little while there. I felt it was a massive step backwards after using Photoshop so much.
I got a start on this years SANFL jumpers. My plan was to make something like aidancdaman's guide but for the SANFL, but I gave up in the end because it was too hard to get all the correct sponsors logos and position them correctly.
You said you are going to do a history of the SANFL jumpers like Mero's VFL/AFL. PortBrillance created a history of PAFC jumpers and posted them somewhere on the Port board. You could message him and ask if you could use this as a reference to help you on your way.
:EDIT: Here's the history of PAFC jumpers thread
