I like I Hill's highlights. He seems right up our alley if Clark is gone. If Clark's not gone, then I'm not sure who I would go for..I quite like the look of him and obviously has a lot of potential/upside.
I think we need players who offer more certainty than he does. Greater production.
OR
Cleaner kicking skills with a leaning towards forward play.
It looks like a pretty rich area of the draft with quite a few options depending on who is left. I am a big fan of grabbing either Hill or Clark, but if we went another direction no problems. Stocker really appeals to me.I like I Hill's highlights. He seems right up our alley if Clark is gone. If Clark's not gone, then I'm not sure who I would go for..

Classic moneyball mistake.#1 Riley Collier-Dawkins
The tall midfielder was enjoyable to watch, producing an influential first half in particular that garnered 13 disposals. He was strong and clean in congestion, often getting his arms high to release or accelerating with eye catching flair into the forward half. He kicked a great goal in the first term, turning into the arc to finish brilliantly from 45 metres out. He is good overhead too, which is a pretty handy trait for a mid at 193cm, taking two strong marks from opposition kicks. He even spent some time in the ruck late, winning a couple of hit outs to advantage to the surprise of many. The first round prospect fought hard all day for his 19 disposals.
I haven't seen anything of Stocker, for obvious reasons, but he is highly rated and would fit one of our needs nicely. It looks like a pretty rich area of the draft with quite a few options depending on who is left. Crows need a small forward as do Geelong.
Yes, they have small forwards but are they any good?
Cats fans and media tend to hype their rookies.I can easily see Crows bundling picks to reach higher. So would Gold Coast look at Ian Hill? Geelong have sparkle Narkle developing.
He could go higher, but 14 he’s right in the mix. If he goes before 14 I’m happy with any one of 3-4 other guys in that zone too.

Wouldn't have thought so given we need to cut multiple contracted players just to use our picks as it is. I think we might go the other way and try and move up the order with 14 or 31 (unless we think who we like will be at our current picks).Any chance we upgrade a few of our later picks which may include a slight downgrade on this pick - allowing more picks before 30...?
Assuming the first pick we want - maybe it’s Hill - is still there

Yeah but Brad is kinda like that was well. The highlights from 1 year ago he kicks better than the ones from 3 months ago on youtube. With Hill: anyone else notice that when he kicked over distance his kicks got VERY loopy...
They had no penetration at all
I like Hills temperament, he looks pretty tough for a little guy. More Brad than Stephen.

I noticed this - short kicks were awesome though (and not just dinky little safe options) and i actually think we could use more players who can hit up a short option thats not wide open. Handballs looked a bit sloppy too. I think they probably regretted not taking brad when they had the chance and being happy to swap 11 with 14 probably points to them taking him. Then again I hardly ever pick up who i think we will/should.With Hill: anyone else notice that when he kicked over distance his kicks got VERY loopy...

Pickett is a good swing man with nice skills. Played in every position for SF this season. Is Pickett 27 next year? What sort of mid?
