We've had a bit of luck here, given it wasn't anticipated she'd be available for us to select.

Lucy is from down Geelong way, and it was a surprise that she nominated herself for the Melbourne draft pool. I wonder if we got in her ear and convinced her to nominate in Melbourne.

It's just about imposssible to replace Bri Davey, but given Lucy's frame and flexibility, this is a bloody good start.

Not sure where she'll play but if it's through the midfield she'll form a great duo with Maddy.
