Have a cry
Maybe if you look after your players better. We are the same, anyway I think the best player in the league for selection one and three is a pretty good deal. Maybe throw in Waite as well might get the deal done.
Be prepared to give up Murphy, Gibbs, or Fevola. And don't start saying 'Fevola won't be traded.' If West Coast will only do a deal involving him, he will go. If he doesn't, you lose.
Ummmm what exactly do we LOSE? what a horrible result to have to keep fevola and picks 1, 3 and 20.
Jeez...I'd hate to be in our position....
As spoken by Woosha. We would say no to the deal as it wouldnt be enough. The mind games begin
According to my favorite journalist in the whole wide world Judd has completely ruled out heading into the PSD unless Eagles act in a unreasonable manner. Judd still has friends at the Eagles. He wouldnt stab the likes of Cox and Kerr in the back unfortunately for your lot
Not quite. Judd can choose his team, but he can only get there with the Eagles help, unless that team is Richmond.
If the Eagles play hardball, then Judd wont end up at his preferred team, and the team gets nothing. Both sides lose.
Look at Nick Stevens and Port Adelaide for an example. Stevens wanted to go to Collingwood, who played hard ball, and instead of a premiership medal with the Power he ended up with two wooden spoons. The Eagles do not have to accept junk for their treasure, just because the treasure wants to leave.

Understand one thing. Carlton has no obligation to trade. To think that we'll offer pick 3 + Fev for Judd is ridiculous. As good as Judd might be, no player is worth the best FF in the comp when fit (newsflash - Fev, like Judd has been playing with injury) and an elite young talent.
KP forwards don't grow on trees - much less ones as talented as Brendan. Judd will be part of a midfield rotation - admittedly, a very important part, but one forward is much harder to replace than one midfielder. As good as Judd is, it mightn't be worth losing Fev for - we undoubtedly get a better player, but hurt our structure in the process.
Our forward line is currently our only strong position. Why make our forward line a weakness to improve our midfield? Anyway, we get Stevens back next year - which will be a big help. If we manage to get Judd on top of that, without having to get rid of Fev, then fantastic. If not, no big deal, we'll just go back to salivating over picks 1 and 3.
Eagles demand pick 3 and Fev, we tell them piss off and don't deal with them. There are gonna be some very disappointed West Coast people if they're expecting trades of that magnitude.
As spoken by Woosha. We would say no to the deal as it wouldnt be enough. The mind games begin
WC will end up getting less than Fev and Pick 3
Let's not forget there's 4 clubs (if we believe FClassified) that are going to bid for CJ.
There IS going to be a bidding war for the best midfielder in the comp and neither of these clubs will want to be known as the club that offered SWA and missed out on JUddy...imagine the ridicule on BF
The team that nabs him will pay AT least the market value, most likely more!
My tip is the Bummers
If Judd was in the draft he would be selected with pick 1. His worth is this at the least. West Coast will not accept anything less than the first pick. Fev and an early second round pick on top of this would probably seal the deal.
ok First of all
All this talk about "Judd will go where he wants to go is Rubbish".
West Coast will choose where he goes, Judd has already publicly stated that he wants West Coast to be compensated fairly.
Secondly all this talk about Collingwood is rubbish! Isn't it funny that whenever a massive player is available for trade Collingwood is always "thier preffered destination", and yet not a big name is to be traded there since Buckley.
The truth is Collingwood is only mentioned cause thier supporter base is so large and can therefore start large rumour mills on sites such as this one, where they out number every other club.
Collingwood are not silly enough to trade away any of thier young guns just as Hawthorn isn't willing to trade Buddy.
Judd will go for high draft picks.
At the end of the day footy clubs are business's, and West Coast being a very strong business will not settle for any less than the best deal for corporation.
All these rumours about done deals are rubbish, Judd will go where ever West Coast get the best deal.

I'm getting tired of Blues supporters saying 3 & 20 and Kennedy.
20 will be a speculative pick. Kennedy has shown SFA at AFL level.
I think other teams will trump that quite easily.
Eagles ruled out Kennedy saying only established players will be considered. Kennedy is not that
Kennedy wouldnt make our best 22. We wont take players who wont be in our best 22. We have established that much
West Coast will not accept anything less than the first pick.
Spot on.Fevola isn't going anywhere anyway.
It will be Kennedy, Pick 3 & Pick 20
