Really hoping their Voss experiment fails horribly allowing the exodus to send Motlop back our way. Also hope their bus breaks down.

Sounds like we would be better getting Chase Bourne, then trying to get Motlop back. Motlop wasn't fussed about being at Freo .anyway

Personally, I hope Cerra wins a Brownlow...

I hope he regresses and becomes an average player on big wages.

Serve as a warning to others who may think of defecting to Carlton.

Losing Cerra might be the best thing that ever happened to us.

Directly drafted the desperately needed kpf with the pick we received for him - tick.

Then using the cap space we would have used for Cerra we got Brodie and Johnson.

So effectively 3 players for 1, two of which may turn out to be guns (and hey, Brodie might thrive too, he was a top 10 pick at a woeful club).

Really good point about the cap space and how that was used to massive advantage. If Cerra was retained we potentially add only Amiss. Perhaps even Clark became affordable as a result of that salary saving.
