Mitch Crowden is a midfielder/forward from the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.

Crowden is extremely powerful and strong for his size. He is a smart decision maker, an elite, powerful kick and a capable goal kicker.

I cracked a wide on watching that highlight package. Love that he takes it on, breaks tackles, hits targets (over distance) puts it to advantage, Ollie Wines like is a good call.

Congrats guys. He was a favorite for me, glad he wasn't dismissed for his height.

You have a player who is quick, can kick and loves to make a big play.

Just remember the last time you took an undersized inside mid in the 3rd round.

Has he got a right boot?

Umm...that is an amazing highlights package...the goal from the middle at the 1 min mark and the the 3 possessions with lace out to the fwd (with the decision making to hit the guy who wasnt the obvious target) at 135 are sensational.

Question - when people say ‘raking’ left boot what does that mean? It’s always been applied to Suban and never fully understood the term.
Some people seem to use it to describe a player who can kick long, but I think it refers more to players who kick around their body like a soccer player. Think suckling or Heath Black

As an elite left footer myself, I think it has something to do with the fact that many of us have a habit of kicking around corners. 'Sweeping' or 'racking' our legs. There is no such thing as a racking right footer.
