Play in a simulated football league - find great movies and TV shows - play Werewolf - play video games (try our Minecraft server) - argue about politics - listen to music - keep up with science news - play board games - just gasbag - discuss true crime - and so much more.
Damage is well and truly done here. Even with a dead cat bounce, a team as much of a shambles as Carlton, and as far behind shouldn't make up a 2 game gap.
If we intend on keeping the Pick. Then really any Top 3 pick will do, which is guaranteed. It doesnt matter.Seriously though, pick 1 or 2. Does it really matter?
The kid you pick up at 2 is probably going to be number one on your pecking order anyway.
Based on Hamish Ogilvie's track record (of not selecting the obvious - Doedee being the best example), this is almost a certainty.
Only clubs with multiple draft picks in the first round currently are Gold Coast (have Brisbane first), and GWS (Have Essendon fisrt).
Unfortunately those picks you mentioned will be late first in Brisbane's case and a pick around 7-9 for the Dons.Only clubs with multiple draft picks in the first round currently are Gold Coast (have Brisbane first), and GWS (Have Essendon fisrt).
Brisbane will end up being around 12-14, though, why would you swap 1 + 19 -> 2 + 14 or something of that effect. Makes no real sense to me, and GWS are both too low and you don't want to give them two top 3 talents in one year.Unfortunately those picks you mentioned will be late first in Brisbane's case and a pick around 7-9 for the Dons.
Unless we got two single digit picks where one of them is under Pick 5, I wouldnt want to do a swap.
