He was good last year and regressed really badly this year but I back him in for next year.

I thought Palmer had another year. He never plays a bad game but his impact up forward has been minimal this year. He might be in trouble come the delistings. No 2018 contract according to footywire.com! (https://www.footywire.com/afl/footy/out_of_contract_players)

Yeah but a couple of years back people were saying similar things about Clurey.I can't believe I had Austin in my 2017 team ahead of Clurey during the off-season.
Clurey is arguably our most improved (I'd make a case for Houston) and Austin has gone in the complete other direction.
Footywire is wrong about Austin but correct about Palmer. He signed a two year extension at the beginning of 2015 so will be out of contract in November.I thought Palmer had another year. Given that he is under contract for 2018 I suspect that Logan himself would be a lot more than disappointed. I can't see us putting him up for a trade or him agreeing to one.will be very disappointed if he's not at port next year
He is 100% staying. Defiantly rate him more then Clurey at the same point of their careers.
Austin is a very handy combination of height and mobility, he is an elite kick, particularly for a player of his position and offers elite run and rebounds ability for a KPD, almost HBF like and racks up huge posentions for a KPD, how many games did he have 30+

Never lose ability but can lose confidence. Following badly broken leg from last year no doubt his confidence would not have been high and combined with a limited pre-season this definitely impacted on his 2017 form. He will bounce back and we have a 197cm tall key defender. WILL be OK.He is 100% staying. Defiantly rate him more then Clurey at the same point of their careers.

You talking about Logan Austin? Can't ever recall him having 30+ for the Magpies...
Hey now. We believe you like Austin. No need to be defiant to your fellow Port fans. That’s definitely taking it too farHe is 100% staying. Defiantly rate him more then Clurey at the same point of their careers.
